Ok, so Wedding Season is upon us and with summer weddings come great cocktails.  I have noticed that the main thing that people look forward to at a wedding are drinks.  You want to make sure that you have some wonderful and refreshing cocktails to serve to your guests so that they will definitely remember YOUR wedding.  And for those of you out there that don’t want any alcohol on your big day there are some great non-alcoholic drinks out there also. 

The newest trend in cocktails are to provide your guest with a Signature Cocktail.  They are a drink that you and your fiancé specially pick for your wedding.  It can be something that you design yourself, something that goes with your wedding theme or a drink that you two love to share together. Signature Cocktails are the hottest new way to create a signature wedding.

There are a few cocktails that I would recommend for a Spring/Summer Wedding.  Mint Juleps are a great choice because mint is a wonderful cool and refreshing ingredient.  Mojitos are also a fantastic suggestion because they coordinate with a beach or river theme.  You can also never go wrong with Margaritas, and not just the basic one, there are so many different variations.  Check out Martha Stewart’s website for some great ideas.
