A Delicious Summer Treat

Are you planning on entertaining guests or hosting a summer cookout?  Here is the recipe for a delicious and refreshing frozen watermelon margarita.

The Frozen Watermelon Margarita

What you will need:
2 1/2 cups of watermelon, cut into 1 inch cubes (Watermelon can be seedless or seeded)
3 tablespoons of fresh squeezed lime juice
4 ounces of tequilla (Choose by preference)
2 ounces of orange flavored liqueur
1 1/2 cups of ice
Lime wheels, watermelon wedges and/or sugar for garnish

You will need to cut 2 1/2 cups of 1 inch cubed watermelon slices.  You will place the cubes in a plastic bag and place the in the freezer for roughly 2 hours.  Combine the watermelon wedges and the listed ingredients above into a blender.  Puree ingredients until smooth.  To add a little flair to your drinks you can add a sugar rim with a lime wheel or watermelon wedge.  Enjoy!
