Have an Egg-Cellent Time Dying Easter Eggs

Whether you dip, swirl, or dye ‘em, it’s always fun to color Easter eggs. It brings out the inner artist in everyone. We recommend inviting some friends over and have an egg dying party.

The key to a successful egg party is to have lots of hard-boiled eggs. Forget how to do this? Then watch this quick, helpful video. Once your eggs are boiled, you can get crackin’.

After Easter, you may find you have a lot of leftover eggs. Peeling eggs is no fun. You must watch this cool video on removing the shell.  Now you can use your perfectly peeled eggs to make one of these recipes.

Don’t forget, hard-cooked eggs spoil faster than fresh eggs. When shell eggs are hard cooked, the protective coating is washed away, leaving bare the pores in the shell for bacteria to enter and contaminate it. Hard-cooked eggs should be refrigerated within 2 hours of cooking and coloring. They should be eaten within a week.
