” Most electronic products need to be frequently updated and upgraded.” Really? I can’t remember any electronic products I’ve upgraded or updated more than once every 5 years or so (aside from simple software updates). This article is pretty good, but would be better with information of HOW to get rid of things. Do we just throw them out? Garage sale? posted by curt64knight |

I hate clutter and tend to be the opposite getting rid of things before I should. I am a heavy user of craigslist to get rid of items. Posting is free and they come and pickup and bring cash. I stay away from eBay and yard sales. With a yard sale you need to accumulate enough to make it worthwhile and then the problem arises where to keep the accumulation. posted by mporgsoft |
