I completely agree! Way too many people are still wearing gauchos. They should definitely be reserved for the good will or pajamas.

I like my gauchos (wearing them today in fact). Mine, however, are not “butt-clinging” as you state so maybe my definition of gauchos and yours are different. Also, please bare in mind that different types of fashions compliment different figures. I am a larger woman and the gaucho is a flattering cut of pant for a hippy woman since it helps to camouflage wider hips. Trust me, if I were skinny, I’d be wearing the leggings and skinny jeans but I don’t because they aren’t flattering on me and I’d have you there to giggle behind your hand at me in Panera if I did.
