Our bodies are not meant to be in a state of guilt - we are naturally designed to seek pleasure and avoid pain. In our efforts to diet and deny ourselves things that bring us pleasure, we create more harm than good. Maybe the chocolate is what you're missing.

Do Perfect Pushup handles work as promised? (Fitness & Health)

Is it another marketing ploy or are the Perfect Pushup handles really as great as they claim? Not to brag, but I can do pushups, even though I think they are extremely hard and I feel like I am about to die. I purchased a pair of the Perfect Pushups and put them to my personal test. They did indeed seem to take strain off my wrist joints that I sometimes feel with floor pushups. My range of motion was also much better when using this device. I felt like my core was more intensely engaged as well. Overall the pushups were harder for me when using the Perfect Pushups. Oh goodie …

If this is, as the song says, "the most wonderful time of the year," why do so many people look so miserable at the mall and the grocery store and the Christmas tree lot? Finding enough money for gifts, making time for shopping and events, and wanting to re-create childhood Christmases are among the most often cited stressors, research shows. And women, especially, say they have a tendency to deal with the strain by drinking and eating a little more, and sleeping a lot less.

It's been said that God first separated the salt water from the fresh, made dry land, planted a garden, made animals and fish... all before making a human. He made and provided what we'd need before we were born. These are best & more powerful when eaten raw. We're such slow learners...God left us great clues as to what foods help what part of our body!
