Was I dreaming or was is snowing today?  It was even sticking to the ground here in Midlothian, at least a wee bit.  Sam and I put on our coats over our pajamas and headed out there to check it out first thing this morning.  He’s never really seen snow come down in his three years of robust living here in Richmond. It’s hard to imagine never having experienced snow before since I grew up in Boston which is one snowdrift. I tried my best to get pictures of the snow in action, but they didn’t capture the flurry of activity going on outside. (Bad pun, I admit.)

Hoping this bodes well for building snowmen, making snow angels, and maybe even doing some toboganning this winter. For those of you not familiar with the word “toboggan”, it is New-England-speak for sled.  It just sounds fancier.

Bring on the snow!
